Like many businesses, the hotel members of the Calgary Hotel Association (CHA) have recently experienced a large increase in Account Takeover Fraud. 

During this webinar, we hear from Sol Zia, Executive Director, CHA about what types of fraud Calgary’s hotels are experiencing, and what they are doing to stop it. Pete Barker, Director of Fraud and Identity, from SpyCloud and Paul Malcomb, Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Operations Engagement Manager at Retail & Hospitality ISAC joined him to give insights on the cyber security behind it.

Our host, Sol, has a deep background in Loyalty Marketing, having been a senior executive with both WestJet Rewards and LoyaltyOne (AIR MILES Canada), among other senior loyalty roles which he has held. He now sees many aspects of the hotel business, including the fraud attack vectors that they experience, managing the Calgary Hotel Association.
