For this month’s session, we hosted a forum with Comarch to facilitate an open discussion for Loyalty Program operators on Cyber Security. The goal of these forums is to connect industry colleagues to freely share trends, threats, and solutions in a safe environment that is not recorded.
Topics discussed included:
- Cyber Protection elements: bothersome for Members?
- Password login
- 2FA for redemption
- Captcha and other security aids
- Member willingness to provide more data for better protection (geolocation, device parameters, etc.)
Registration was limited to those companies with a Loyalty Program.
