In this second collaboration between the LSA and The Gift Club, we took on a hot topic for members of both our organizations: Digital Wallets.
Our panel of experts took a look at the types of Digital Wallets out there and their security vulnerabilities. The main questions in the discussion were:
- What is the impact of Digital Wallets and their proliferation on Loyalty Programs, and Gift Card Issuers and program collaboration?
- Is their growth an opportunity for Fraudsters?

Bill is a product leader who has been involved in payments for over 10 years. He launched the first Taco Bell gift card, managed billions of dollars in payment volume at Visa, built loyalty and rewards features at Samsung Pay, and now runs product and technology for Topps Digital Services.
He’s been involved in countless conversations around payments, gift cards, wallets, loyalty, and the future of technology’s impact on marketing, customer relationships, and business strategy.
Sondra Feinberg is a global payments & fraud executive with in-depth knowledge across the eCommerce ecosystem. She is currently the Global Business Strategy Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection and has a proven track record of success.
Over the last 20 years she has been an effective leader in the industry and is committed to excellence with strengths in creative problem solving, strategic thinking, revenue generation and global partnerships.
Brian Pramov is a Certified Fraud Examiner with experience as a Senior Manager in Fraud capacity at financial institutions such as Western Union and Charles Schwab.
Brian graduated from the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business in 2009 with a Masters in Business Intelligence.
An entrepreneur, a risk-taker, and a recruiter at heart with a passion for bringing people together. Hadie noticed a need for networking in the Gift Card industry and created The Gift Club, a unique digital platform enabling growth, brand awareness, and partnerships.
She recently launched the community’s newest platform, The Hub, in November 2021, which has been created to allow the people who work in the Gift Card, Loyalty, and Rewards industry a central and safe place to share, meet, learn, and do business, globally.
