December Trend Sharing Session
Managing False Positives
- Date: Wednesday, Dec 15th
- Time: 10 am EST
- Location: Online
- Delegates: 50+
Loyalty Security Association Co-Founder Christopher Staab recently experienced a “False Positive’ firsthand when his Uber for his Business account was frozen for suspected fraud.
Chris provided Uber for Business Credits as an incentive for taking a survey to customers working in airlines in many countries in Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America, resulting in the account being frozen for suspicious activity. Despite his best efforts, he could not provide sufficient proof to Uber that he was not a fraudster. Uber wouldn’t accept payment due to suspected fraud, which was actually legitimate activity.
Are you similarly chasing away good business due to False Positives? In this session, we have an Uber “False Positive Case Study” and discuss with experts how to best manage false positives to stop the fraudsters, and retain good customers.
Moderator:
Chris Staab, President & Co-Founder, Loyalty Security Association
Panelists:
- Paulo Moura, VP Business Development, Nethone
- Sondra Feinberg, Director Partners & Alliances – Fraud, Microsoft
If you cannot attend, you may register and a recording will be sent to you after the event.
