Alexander has 16 years of fraud-related experience and is the owner of Dispute Defense Consulting. For nearly a decade, Alexander operated as a fraudster. During that time, he authored sophisticated methods, targeting banks, merchants, and more. In 2017, following the birth of his daughter, Alexander abandoned the life of crime and joined the ranks of fraud prevention. In 2020, Alexander founded Dispute Defense Consulting and now consults with companies throughout the marketplace regarding the various aspects of fraud prevention.
Lisa is experienced and an expert in the world of digital goods sales, online payments, and fraud risk. As the Product Owner for Protectmaxx, she brings a wealth of technical knowledge to the discussion.
Chris co-founded the LSA in 2016 to help the Loyalty Industry prevent fraud and policy abuse. He also serves as the Managing Partner of Airline Information, one of the premier organizers of events for the global Airline & Travel Industry. Previously Chris worked held various positions with the International Air Transport Association, Amtrak, the Department of Transportation, and ATPCO, gaining extensive experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Travel Distribution, and Airline Industry Affairs.
