Chris began his career in the airline industry as a Tariff Analyst at ATPCO in Washington D.C. and later worked as an Aviation Analyst at the U.S. Department of Transportation and as Manager of Revenue Management at Amtrak. Prior to co-founding Airline Information, Chris worked as a Business Development Manager at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in both Miami and Geneva, Switzerland. Through his work at Airline Information, he has gained a passion for fighting fraud in the Airline & Travel Industry, encouraging him to be a Co-Founder of the Loyalty Security Association.

An entrepreneur, a risk-taker, and a recruiter at heart with a passion for bringing people together. Hadie noticed a need for networking in the Gift Card industry and created The Gift Club, a unique digital platform enabling growth, brand awareness, and partnerships.

She recently launched the community’s newest platform, The Hub, in November 2021, which has been created to allow the people who work in the Gift Card, Loyalty, and Rewards industry a central and safe place to share, meet, learn, and do business, globally.

After 10+ years with Hyatt Hotels, Expedia, and Hotels.com working in a variety of roles in loyalty, co-brand credit cards, gift cards, and marketing strategy, Todd started Consummo Consulting to provide knowledge and expertise to a variety of companies.

Benita is a Gift Card Program Manager with 17+ years of industry experience, coming from big names like DineEquity, PetSmart, and Meijers. Whether it is B2B or B2C, she is highly motivated to find the right strategy to drive traffic and volume while maintaining, and building, strong brand equity.

A former IT Professional in the financial services industry, Shelley founded Gift Card Girlfriend in 2009 to help consumers navigate the ins and outs of gift card fraud, fees, pitfalls, and insights. GCG joined with GiftCards.com in 2013, and subsequently with Blackhawk Network in 2016.

Shelley also worked freelance as a product developer, online market research moderator and analyst, teddy bear designer, and ghost writer, among other random gigs.

Kevin Lee brings 15+ years of experience in the risk and fraud management space to his role of Trust and Safety Architect at Sift. He is driven by developing strategies and tools, building high performing teams, and systems to combat malicious behavior. From fake news to payment fraud and ATO, Kevin has had to face and mitigate various types of online abuse that have impacted billions of people.

Prior to joining Sift, Kevin built and led risk, fraud, and spam organizations at Facebook, Square, and Google.
