The LSA Lions’ Den is the place to see some of the latest solutions to enable Loyalty Programs to be more secure from Fraud, Data Breaches, and Policy Abuse.
This fast-paced session had 3 innovative companies pitching their Loyalty Fraud-related solutions (whether this is a product, service, or even just an idea) for 5 minutes each to our esteemed panel of “Lions” (judges), all of whom have extensive Loyalty or Fraud experience. The pitching companies then faced 5 minutes of questioning by the Lions. At the end of the pitches and questions, the Lions took a little time to deliberate before choosing the Best Pitch and the Best Product of the day. ArkOwl took both the audience and judges’ Best Pitch Award, Accertify won the Best Product Award.
While we waited on the judges, the audience voted on their choice for Best Pitch, and our moderator interviewed Lewis Duker from SecuredTouch, the winner of the Best Product award at our previous Lions’ Den in London in February.

Pitching Companies:
Christopher Williams is a Sr. Analyst of Fraud Risk Analytics at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts where he is involved in ensuring that the Wyndham Rewards Loyalty Program is secure. Chris comes out of the healthcare industry where previously he was a Data Analyst at Cotiviti, a leading solutions and analytics company focused on healthcare.
Iain Webster, the immediate past President of the Loyalty Security Association, spent over 25 years in senior management roles at Collinson, British Airways and Qatar Airways. He has also worked as VP International for Points.com, and also IBS, the airline software services company. At British Airways he was responsible for developing and launching Europe’s very first airline loyalty programme. Iain’s particular area of specialism is in program design, hence his passion for fighting loyalty program fraud.
Raphaël is an accomplished and versatile Business Leader with 20 years of business development within several sectors such as: Commercial Aviation, Online Travel Technology, Digital and e-Commerce. He founded Airsavings, in 2002, which was among the first third party providers of ancillary revenues to airlines, as well as among the first to include ancillary services in the airline’s booking flow.
Morgan Kelly is CEO of Tag Innovation, which is both thought leader and IT provider in the Blockchain space. Tag Innovation has extensive expertise in applying Blockchain and Smart Contracts to Loyalty Programs. Prior, she managed brand partnerships at Bell Media Canada for 10 years. Morgan also serves as an advisor to the Loyalty Security Association.
